Ey Up Maiden is Yorkshire's finest Iron Maiden tribute band, delivering an authentic Iron Maiden experience with Yorkshire grit and passion. From the soaring vocals of Bruce Dickinson to the thunderous bass of Steve Harris, we recreate the Iron Maiden experience with the same intensity and precision that made the original band legendary.
Formed by dedicated fans and accomplished musicians from across Yorkshire, Ey Up Maiden brings the complete Iron Maiden experience to venues throughout the UK - from classic hits to deep cuts, complete with authentic stage presence and Eddie the Head.
Our "Yorkshire's Finest Tour" has taken us to iconic venues like The Duck & Drake in Leeds, The Parish in Huddersfield, The Yorkshireman in Sheffield, and The Stirling Castle in Bridlington. We're proud to support the local live music scene and bring the power of Iron Maiden to our community, and we're now expanding to bring our authentic Iron Maiden live music experience to venues across the UK.
Our "Piece of the Beast" tour celebrates two of Iron Maiden's most iconic albums: Number of the Beast and Piece of Mind. This tour features classic tracks from these legendary albums, bringing the raw power and energy of Iron Maiden's golden era to venues across the UK.
With a mix of free entry gigs and ticketed shows (typically under £20), we're committed to making live music accessible to everyone. We understand the economic pressures facing both venues and audiences, and we're doing our part to keep the spirit of live music alive across the UK.

Technical Requirements
Stage Requirements
- Access to stage at least 1 hour before performance
- Secure area for equipment storage
- 3m tall x 5m wide backdrop hanging point at rear of stage (backdrop supplied by band)
Backline Requirements
- Bass: 1 bass guitar amp and speaker cabinet (e.g. Trace Elliot, Orange, Ampeg). Bassist has pedal board (requires power) and wireless system (requires power)
- 1st Guitarist: 1 guitar cab with connection jack. Plug sockets for head, pedalboard, guitar wireless system (cable can be used if preferred)
- 2nd Guitarist: Active monitor or on-stage monitoring. Plugs for Headrush, guitar wireless system. Headrush pedalboard will be brought with output direct for PA (cable can be used rather than wireless if required)
- Backing Vocals: 2 vocal mics for backing vocals (e.g. Shure SM58)
Channel Requirements
- Lead Vocal: 1 XLR - Output from wireless mic receiver (located onstage by Macbook)
- Backing Vocal 1: 1 XLR - Fixed, used by guitarist
- Backing Vocal 2: 1 XLR - Fixed, used by guitarist
- Bass Guitar: 1 XLR - Mic usage, setup and placement at system tech's discretion
- Lead Guitar 1: 1 XLR - Mic usage, setup and placement at system tech's discretion
- Lead Guitar 2: 1 XLR - Direct XLR out from Headrush
- Macbook Pro: 1 XLR - From DI box connected to Macbook Pro (used to trigger intro samples)
- Drum Kit: Mic usage, setup and placement at system tech's discretion
